Bogotá

Bogotá



Bogotá is a city that is located in Colombia, it has aprox. 7 363 782 habitants living there, in the places of nature, Bogotá has the biggest moor in the world that is called ¨el Páramo de Zumapaz¨.



Also Bogotá have many interesting and culture places like, ¨Estadio el campin¨, Gold Museum, Nacional Museum, Monserrate and more, because like that also has many tourist people.

My personal experiance

My personal experience

  • When I went to all of those places I like them and they were famous so I decide to do my blog of those places.

  • All the activities and expositions of the places were so interesting and fabulous, I like them very much. :)

  • The things that I like the most are that the places are very big and have all very organized and it looks very good!

  • I recomend you this places because they are very interesting, beautiful, funny and if you want to know what is Bogotá you have to go.

She was born the 5 of December in 2000 in Bogota and is 12 years old,
she likes tu play, skate, play tennis, sing, go to knew places to meet new people and new cultures also she loves animals especially dogs, bears and monkeys.
She is a fifth  D student of the Abraham Lincoln.




Maria Paula Hincapié




She had 11 years she born on 19 of july 2001 in Bucaramanga- Santander.
She is very funny she laught for everything, she likes to play with her friends and she loves to play volleyball.

She is very crazy when someone tell her about good news, to meet new people and new places. She studies in Abraham Lincoln School in 5D and she loves dogs.



Sofia Sanin






Sofia Sanin had born the 25 of May in Bogotá, She love playing with her friends, skate, met new people, new places, travel. Her favorite color is green; she had a cat named Merlin and she is in Abraham Lincoln School in 5D. 



Isabella Viñas





She was born in 29 of october of 2000 in bogotá. D.C,
she likes to dance, see memes, sing, play the piano  and with her dog ¨pipo¨, currently she is studing in the Abraham Lincoln School in fift grade, she enjoys her live and visiting new places and new people but because the money she can´t do that very much. :)









Monserrate

Monserrate



    Monserrate is a mountain that dominates the city center of Bogotá, there is a church (built in the 17th century) whit a shine devoted to “El señor caido” (the fallen lord).



Is a touristic attraction, In addition to the church, the summit contains restaurants, cafeterias, shops and many smaller tourists. You can adcced there by aerial tramway, a funicular or by climbing.

Kids Museum

Kids Museum


The kids museum of Bogotá is a privately museum. It is located in “Barrio J. Vargas”, established in 1986 and aimed at teaching children about science, technology and culture. 



It has 8.000m2 (86.000ft2), is building in the geographical center of Bogotá and has 23 different modules and hundreds exhibits. The museum serves approximately 150,000 visitors per year and 691 are children under 11 years old.

Nacional Museum

National Museum



The national museum of Colombia housing collection of art, some culture and other things that were donated some artists like scultures.

It is located in Bogotá downtown, is the biggest museum in Colombia and is independency of Colombian ministry of culture. It’s for tress architecture made of stone and brick, the plant includes arches, domes and columns forming a sort of Greek cross cover which 104 prison cells, that is the reason it is famous. In 1948 the building was adopted for National museum and restored in 1975.

Gold museum

Gold museum

the gold museum is located in Bogotá-D.C. 

It have a pre-historic collection (the biggest in the world) that includes the most important ¨la balsa muisca¨ and the poporo,

         

other interesting exhibition that have is pottery, stone, shell, wood, textiles and arqueological objects, this items are made of some cultures was sacred metals, this are the historical “memories” of Colombia before the contact was made with Europe.

Colombia


Colombia has many habitants, they are approximately 46.6 million, of which about 42.3 million speak Spanish as their 1st language, they also speak Chibcha, Quechua and other indigenous leguages.

The president is Juan Manuel Santos that is governing an area of approximately 1,141,000 km2 that is divide in 5 regions an 32 departments.



Colombia is bordered on the northwest by Panama, on the east by Venezuela and Brazil and on the southwest by Peru and Ecuador, trough the western half of country, three Andean ranges run north and south. 
The eastern half is a low, jungle covered plain, drained by spurs of the Amazon and Orinoco rivers, inhabited mostly by isolated tropical forest Indian tribes. The fertile plate and valley of the eastern range are the most densely populated parts of the country.
